A very useful lesson resource for your students studying organisational structures for GCSE and A Level Business, covering all specifications. The worksheets and activities will really help students to develop and apply their understanding about what organisational structures are, their key features and their implications for businesses.
This resource has certainly helped my classes and is thoroughly recommended for all centres. I have used this lesson successfully with my Year 10 and Year 11 classes when teaching employee rights in the workplace as part of the legislation (external influences) topic for GCSE Business.
The content of this lesson resource is designed to cover the following learning aims

GCSE Business - Employee Appraisal
This engaging resource will encourage students to reflect upon their own performance as well as considering the merits of appraisal for employers and employees.
The key lesson objectives aims are:
Explain what appraisal is
Apply understanding by students’ assessing their performance and completing an appraisal form
